I feel soooooo frustrated on trying to buy an HDB flat, its not affordable in the resale, with very high COV everywhere.  On the new HDB for sale, no luck on the balloting, with 5,000 people vying for just 300 flats :(. Could someone suggest for CPF money to cover the resale price (with COV on it) and not just the &quot;valuation price&quot;? Valuation price should be the &quot;resale price&quot; right? why should it be higher than the sale price...this is really frustrating!</description>
